The Lamb Inn was fabulous!
We had such good chat here, we were sat by the window and I told Ian how only the most attractive people were sat by the window to entice people in. We then laughed so loudly that it offended other people. The open fire was so lovely.
For dessert, Ellie opted for the Cheese board. A lovely selection of cheeses and crackers. She thoroughly enjoyed it apart from one of the ‘cheeses’ which she said was really creamy! She also commented that the one thing the cheese board was lacking was butter. Ian had a look at the cheese board after this comment and realised that what Ellie described as a really plain and creamy cheese was in fact butter. Unfortunately, this was after Ellie had already put lashings of the stuff onto a single cracker.
We laughed so hard at this, that it got loads of people looking at us. We were definitely the loudest ones in there.They were probably quite happy to see the back of us.
